GiggleDeck is operated by Leo Sterling. Every question, complaint or request about anything on this page goes to leo@leosterling.net, and it is read by a person.
Buying GiggleDeck, or logging in to it, means you accept what is written here. If you do not accept it, do not buy it — and if you have already bought it, read section 5 first, because there is no way back out.
It is a prompt compiler, not an AI. It plans a children's joke and activity book, then writes out the exact prompts needed to produce it. It does not write jokes, it does not draw pictures, and it does not call any AI service. Nothing you do inside it costs anyone an API fee, which is why it is sold once rather than by the month.
The words and the pictures are made by ChatGPT, in your own account, when you paste those prompts into it. What ChatGPT gives back is between you and OpenAI. The app assembles the images you have saved into print-ready PDFs inside your own browser.
One purchase is one login, for one person. Keep the password to yourself. Sharing a login, passing it around a group, or reselling access is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund, because the price assumes one buyer.
You may change your password at any time from inside the app. If you lose access, write in and we will sort it out.
There are no refunds, on the front-end product or on any upgrade. Please decide before you pay.
This is not a policy chosen to be difficult, and it is stated on the sales page as plainly as it is here. The moment you pay, your account opens and the entire product is in front of you: every prompt, every blueprint, every edition, nothing held back and nothing drip-fed over weeks. There is no trial period to run out because you see all of it on day one — and once you have read a prompt you cannot un-read it. There is nothing you could hand back.
So the honesty is spent up front instead. The sales page carries a section saying what the app does not do, and every upgrade page carries its own. Read them, and ask anything they do not answer before you buy. A question answered before payment costs nothing; after payment there is no remedy left to give you.
What support does cover, for as long as you own it: if something is broken, if a page will not load, if an upgrade you paid for has not appeared on your account, or if the app does not do something this site says it does — write in and it gets fixed. That is a support question, not a refund question, and it has no time limit.
Where the marketplace that processed your payment has its own refund rules, those rules are theirs to apply and nothing here overrides them.
If you raise a chargeback or a payment dispute instead of writing to us, the account is closed while it is open. If you have a problem, email first — almost everything that looks like a reason for a chargeback is a five-minute fix.
You keep full commercial rights to every book you produce with GiggleDeck. Sell them on Amazon KDP, Etsy, your own shop or anywhere else; print them, give them away, build a catalogue. We claim no ownership, take no royalty and ask for no credit. You do not need to mention the app anywhere.
Two things that are yours to check rather than ours to promise: whatever rights OpenAI grants you over what ChatGPT produces are set by OpenAI's terms, and every store you sell on has its own rules — Amazon KDP, for one, requires you to disclose AI-generated content when you upload. Complying with the rules of the platform you publish on is your responsibility.
The Agency Pack upgrade adds the right to make books for paying clients, on the terms set out in the written licence it issues to you. Without that upgrade, publish under your own name.
Any of these ends the licence and closes the account, with no refund.
GiggleDeck is a hosted service, so it depends on a server staying up. It is looked after properly, but no honest operator promises perfect uptime, and there is no service-level agreement here. Short interruptions for maintenance or a host problem are not a breach of these terms.
If the service is ever to be shut down for good, you will be given at least 90 days' notice by email and time to export your saved book plans. Your finished pictures and PDFs are already on your own machine, not ours, so they are unaffected either way.
GiggleDeck helps you make books. It does not sell them for you. Nothing on this site, in any email, or on any affiliate's page is a promise of sales, rankings or income. What a book earns depends on your cover, your listing, your niche and your market, the same as every other book on the store. Any figure you see quoted anywhere is an illustration, not a forecast.
Amazon, KDP, Etsy, Pinterest, ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of their owners. GiggleDeck is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to any of them. Their services are theirs to change or withdraw, and if one of them changes its rules or its pricing, that is outside our control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with GiggleDeck is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost time, or for anything a third-party service does or stops doing.
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The date at the top says when. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you have already made, and it will never be used to take away something you paid for.
